RESERVATION POLICIES:

You can reserve a date via our website and we will keep it for you for 7 days. Within those 7 days you can choose to pay to confirm, cancel or change the booking. Food, Drinks or any other Extras can be ordered at anytime via our website before your scheduled trip up to 48 hours before. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling a paid booking is simple. Within 8 weeks you will receive a full refund back onto your card or Paypal account minus a 10e admin fee. If the trip is cancelled within 8 weeks then we will refund 50% of the total booking amount. We will also refund 100% of any extras that you have purchased online providing the cancellation is more than 48 hours before departure. 

CHECK-IN:

Please be at the Deep Blue Stand in Limanaki Ayia Napa Harbour 15 mins before departure to ensure we leave on time. If you have arranged transfer from your hotel then please be ready outside reception 45mins prior to your departure time. 

Safety:

Here at Deep Blue Boat Charters our customers safety is our number 1 priority and we expect our guests to act responsibly in relation to the environment. The Captain reserves the right to return to harbour if persons behaviour is considered to be endangering the crew and others onboard. No one is to enter the water or leave the boat until the Captain has given permission at official swim stops.  Please observe the Captains guidelines to ensure everyone has a great day. 

Envirmonment:

We have beautiful crystal clear waters and blue flag award winning beaches. We'd like to keep it that way. Please respect the Mediterranean Sea and its marine life and refrain from throwing anything overboard. We would like future generations to enjoy the island just like we are now.
